How and why the Depth Squad works.
Team *CRLifestyles Depth Squad will only work with a binary compensation plan.
The Depth Squad is a team of success oriented people combining efforts for a period of six weeks, creating results for a long term business and lifetime residual income. The Depth Squad you join will include several distributorships all in the same line of sponsorship. (Therefore everyone involved will benefit from the teams activities.)
This particular line of sponsorships will utilize proven duplicatable methods to increase everyone's networking efforts for a period of six weeks. (All distributorship placement in line of sponsorship is permanent and DOES NOT end after the six week program. The Depth Squad is just an incredible tool to enhance everyone's performance within this organization. Another Depth Squad can be joined or hosted upon completion of this one in either leg.)
The binary compensation plan, meaning only two legs, gives us the opportunity to utilize the theories of the Depth Squad. We will call one the left leg and one the right leg. The Depth Squad goal is to create a "tap-root" on the left leg of every distributor in this line of sponsorship. This will create a left leg so large in numbers and product volume as to create an incredible opportunity for financial success. The Depth Squad team will use the "deepest" active distributor in the groups left leg. Each team member will have the opportunity to contact and inform prospects of this website and invite them to investigate the mother company. 50% of each personally sponsored will go into the left leg and 50% will go into the right leg. The binary plan combined with the Depth Squad is designed so each distributor can only sponsor two first level distributors. All others must be placed down line which ensures rapid growth and security. (Depth not width)
For example: A depth Squad is comprised of four active distributors. The first distributor sponsors two people, one goes down into the depth of his left leg, and the other goes to his right leg. (50/50) The second distributor sponsors 10 people. Five go down in depth on his left leg, the other five go on his right leg. (50/50) At this point the left side has now accumulated six distributorships which the entire team benefit from. The other two distributors will also contribute to this team effort in the same fashion. By the end of the six week period, goals have been met, everyone has new growth in their business, and we are several steps closer to our dreams.
You or someone in your up line or down line will sponsor another person and place them UNDERNEATH you, on your left leg, the groups "tap-root".
As you sponsor more people, you continue to fill available slots down line, in both your left and right legs- this way you build sales volume for both yourself and your down line. Those in your group appreciate your help just like you appreciate the help from your up line. The support and synergy of this teamwork is incredible.
